Orders & Order Confirmation
GMC RequiredPlacing an order on buysell.net.au constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price, subject to these Terms. An order is not accepted, and no contract is formed, until we send you an Order Dispatch Confirmation.

- Enter your delivery address and payment details
- Review your order summary before confirming
- You receive an Order Received email (acknowledgement only, not acceptance)
- Contract is formed when we send an Order Dispatched email
- Product is no longer available or out of stock
- Pricing or product description error identified
- Payment cannot be successfully authorised
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Delivery to the provided address is not possible
Payment Terms
GMC RequiredFull payment is required at the time of placing your order. We do not offer credit, lay-by, or deferred payment arrangements. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
