Available across all of Australia. No minimum order value required. Shipping costs shown at checkout will reflect $0.00.
We use reputable Australian carriers including Australia Post and other partner couriers. The carrier selected may vary based on your location and the nature of the product. Carrier details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
The table below outlines estimated delivery times by state, measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not order placement. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, remote locations, or circumstances outside our control.
Once you place an order, we begin processing it as soon as possible. Processing includes order verification, payment approval, packaging, and shipment preparation.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalising your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If your order has already been dispatched and you need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately at support@buysell.net.au. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Use this to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 2 business days after dispatch for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system. If you have not received tracking details within this window, contact us at support@buysell.net.au.
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This includes deliveries to PO Boxes where supported by the carrier — please ensure your address is compatible with standard parcel delivery.
We do not ship outside of Australia. Orders with international shipping addresses will not be fulfilled and a full refund will be issued.
While we strive to deliver every order on time, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays:

- ✔ Screenshot of tracking status (if marked delivered but not received)
We will investigate the matter and, where confirmed, offer a replacement or full refund depending on product availability and circumstances. Resolution is typically provided within 5–7 business days of your report.
