Order Confirmation

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. buysell.net.au does not store, transmit, or access your full card details at any time.

Currency & International Transactions

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) by default. We offer multiple currency including Australian Dollar (AUD). Where available, prices may also be shown in your local currency for reference. Please note:

• Currency conversion is performed by Stripe or your card issuer at the applicable exchange rate
• Your bank may apply foreign transaction or currency conversion fees — these are outside our control
• buysell.net.au is not liable for any additional bank charges arising from currency conversion

Fraud Prevention

To protect all customers, we may:

• Decline or cancel orders flagged as potentially fraudulent
• Request identity verification before fulfilling high-value orders
• Report confirmed fraudulent activity to relevant authorities

Shipping Origins

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by our trusted supplier partners located in China and India. This information is disclosed transparently in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Your order may arrive in multiple parcels.

Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery window is 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery times may be longer due to:

• Australian Border Force and customs clearance processing
• Public holidays in Australia or the country of origin
• Australia Post or carrier delays beyond our control
• Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, industrial action)

We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

Customs, Duties & GST

Goods imported into Australia may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and customs duties administered by the Australian Border Force. buysell.net.au collects and remits GST on applicable imports in accordance with Australian tax law. We are not responsible for any additional import fees levied by customs authorities once goods are in transit.

Undelivered or Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major. Our voluntary returns policy below is in addition to — and does not limit — these statutory rights.

Voluntary Returns — Eligible Reasons

We accept return requests made within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item received (different to what was ordered)
• Product significantly differs from the description on our website

Photo or video evidence of the issue may be requested to process your return efficiently.

Items Not Eligible for Voluntary Return

The following are excluded from our voluntary returns programme (your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply in full):

• Digital or downloadable products once accessed
