Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
After dispatch you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link. Allow up to 2 business days for tracking to update in the carrier's system. If you haven't received tracking details, email support@buysell.net.au with your order number.
Currently we ship to Australian addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of any changes.
We will notify you if a significant delay is expected. If your order exceeds its estimated delivery window, email support@buysell.net.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Compliant with Australian Consumer Law — your statutory rights are not limited by this policy. See our full Refund and Returns Policy.
Step 1 — Email support@buysell.net.au with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 — We'll issue a Return Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions.
Step 3 — Pack the item securely and ship to: 25 Ninth Ave, Campsie NSW 2194.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Email support@buysell.net.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement at no charge, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your original item following our returns process, then place a new order for the product you want. We recommend placing the new order first to avoid missing stock.
Under our standard policy the following cannot be returned unless faulty: personalised or custom-made items, perishable goods, opened hygiene products, and final sale items. Change-of-mind returns may attract a restocking fee of up to 10%. Your ACL rights always apply.
