After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link. Allow up to 2 business days for tracking to update. If not received within this time, email support@buysell.net.au with your order number.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all accessories and tags

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your original item and place a new separate order for the desired product.
