Pricing Errors: In the event of a clear and obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend your order and notify you accordingly. You will not be charged for items where a pricing error has occurred and an order has not been fulfilled.

Orders & Order Confirmation

GMC Required

Placing an order on buysell.net.au constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price, subject to these Terms. An order is not accepted, and no contract is formed, until we send you an Order Dispatch Confirmation.

You receive an Order Received email (acknowledgement only, not acceptance)
Contract is formed when we send an Order Dispatched email

❌ Order Cancellation by Us

Product is no longer available or out of stock
Pricing or product description error identified
Payment cannot be successfully authorised
Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
Delivery to the provided address is not possible

If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and any payment already taken will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No further charges will apply.

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We do not offer credit, lay-by, or deferred payment arrangements. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Delivery is available to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If a failure is minor, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund. Our 30-day return policy runs alongside — and does not replace — your ACL rights, which may extend significantly longer depending on the product and circumstances.
